​Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and cosmetic products, returns are accepted only if:

​The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

​You notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order with unboxing proof (photo/video).

​Refunds

​Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

​Non-Returnable Items

​Opened, used, or altered products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
